Sewer installation, repairs & recertifications
Sewer Installation: We install a 500 Gallon concrete Tank for $1,950.00 (Locally). This will be your price based on the fact you have gravity fall. There are "NO" hidden cost. This price includes the tank, the installation of the tank, we will lay up to 100' of pipe*, aerator, State I.D. Tag, and chlorinator. The only thing that DOES NOT come with this price is any fittings* your may need.Recertifications: The cost to have us come inspect the sewer system to see if we will stand behind the unit for a one (1) year is $85.00 (locally). If system can be recertified, the one (1)maintanance agreement is $100.00.*100' of pipe is actually 65' of effluent reduction and 35' of 4" PVC Pipe (3034)*Fittings are needed, say for example, if you have a tree in the way and we need a 22 Degree fitting to avoid hitting the tree. That 22 Degree fitting is $4.50.*Locally is Denham Springs, Walker, Watson, Livingston, French Settlement, Maurepas*B. Catch-Basin Installation: The cost to install a catch-basin varies. Example 24" x 24" x 24" is $750 which will include all Labor & material, metal grate and frame.Culvert Installation: The cost to install culverts varies. Example, 18" Culvert (not concrete) installation is $8.50/ft (locally) with a minimum charge of $275.00. Note this price does not include pipe or material to cover pipe.
